Buhler MYFC

The Bühler MYFC is an automatic humidity control system used in grain mills. It measures in real time the moisture and the grain throughput, computes the exact amount of water needed and regulates the liquid dosing to ensure uniform and constant milling.

Operation of the MYFC system

The device manages grain conditioning before milling through integrated components:

• Continuous measurement: Detects the initial humidity and the product flow entering.
• Precise calculation: Process the data to determine the exact amount of water to add.
• Automatic dosing: Communicates with the wetting unit to regulate liquid flow millimeter by millimeter.
